## Description

Cohere is seeking an Executive Producer, Executive Communications to own and evolve its narrative globally as it grows to become the transatlantic leader in sovereign AI. The successful candidate will partner with C-Suite and VP executives to determine how Cohere talks to customers, partners, and employees, and turn the company's narrative into content that the world sees and shares.

**Responsibilities:**

- Build and execute Cohere's strategic narrative across three storytelling surfaces: Executive Thought Leadership, Policy Storytelling, and Corporate Storytelling

- Partner with the VP Global Communications on narrative architecture and translating Cohere's narrative into content strategy and execution

- Audit and gap analyses across Cohere's senior voices

- Develop content playbooks for predictable inflection moments

- Partner with Marketing to create content for company accounts

- Stand up the production function including stage capture systems, content atomization workflows, and freelance crew networks

- Build AI-enabled workflows using Cohere's own products

- Initiate executive stage content capture and distribution at major events

- Conduct executive content audits and gap analyses across senior voices

- Refine and systematize content production workflows with predictable cadences

- Develop flagship thought leadership pieces and corporate storytelling output

- Scale successful surfaces based on impact analysis and team capacity

**Requirements:**

- 8-10 years of experience building executive and corporate narratives from ideation through execution

- Experience creating production workflows from scratch

- High-paced broadcast television environment experience

- Ability to build trust and rapport with executives and senior leaders

- Highly organized and process-driven with strong project management skills

- Brings high levels of creativity to communications

- Comfortable navigating organizational dynamics and building strong relationships across all levels

- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
