## Description

As the Production Supervisor at Ford Energy, you will lead an agile team to deliver advanced technology driving the future of mobility. You will use your entrepreneurial mindset to implement data-driven solutions in a high-stakes manufacturing environment and develop Team Leaders and Team Members.

**Responsibilities:**

- Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance.

- Lead and direct a team of employees to consistently make high-quality products and meet or exceed production targets.

- Prioritize critical tasks and effectively allocate human resources to maximize efficiency.

- Apply a 'Bias for Action,' promptly and decisively addressing safety and quality issues to prevent larger problems.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating your team to achieve shared goals.

- Utilize data and insights to drive quantifiable improvements in efficiency and quality.

- Maintain a relentless focus on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, improving processes, and driving innovation to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.

- Proactively address conflicts fairly and effectively, facilitating mutually acceptable solutions.

- Champion accountability, managing both your own performance and that of the hourly workforce regarding processes and standards.

- Actively listen to and value the perspectives of all team members and other department stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.

- Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.

- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) is preferred.
