## Description

You will join WSP's expanding UK Building Structures team as the Exeter Office Lead, responsible for project delivery and developing the Exeter, Plymouth, and wider South West market strategic pipeline.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the external market, awareness of WSP's reputation, and broad appreciation of WSP's core strengths and differentiators.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing relationships with client decision-makers and influencers

- Uncovering emerging drivers and trends in the public and private sector

- Positioning WSP as a trusted partner of choice

- Coordinating local WSP client relationships across disciplines

- Supporting key account managers in region

- Obtaining regular client feedback from key accounts

- Acting as Project Director on selected projects

Requirements:

- Chartered Engineer status (MIStructE/AMIStructE/MICE)

- Significant experience of team management responsibilities

- Experience of operating as a lead client contact for consultancy services

- Excellent inter-personal skills, with good leadership potential

- Ability to make a difference, pro-actively manage requirements and risks, and influence others to deliver successfully
