## Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting professional to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. In this position, you will support critical accounting processes including reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities, helping ensure that financial records are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

### Responsibilities

- Perform general ledger account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies when accounts are out of balance

- Prepare and process accounting entries such as journal entries, accruals, and other transactions related to the month-end close

- Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements and accounting reports

- Validate key financial activities including payroll, pension journals, and cash advance or pooling transactions

- Assist with financial reviews and provide documentation to support external auditors

- Help identify data quality issues and validate accounting impacts related to system changes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects focused on improving and automating accounting processes

## Skills

### Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA certification
- Fluent English
- Intermediate knowledge of financial reconciliations and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues and recommend solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Working knowledge of Excel and SAP
