## Description

As an Account Manager, you will manage and nurture relationships with key customers, including both multinational and local companies, with a requirement to travel nationwide 75-80% of the time.

Key responsibilities:

- Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with key accounts to boost customer satisfaction and retention

- Provide personalized service through in-person meetings, account reviews, reporting, product forums, and tailored activities

- Develop and implement business strategies that align with both company and client interests

- Oversee and negotiate annual contracts

- Design, execute, and refine customer experience strategies aimed at achieving revenue growth, client acquisition, and improved customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' experience in Account Management

- Strong negotiation skills with senior-level executives

- Proven experience in representing an organization with robust presentation and public speaking abilities

- Good English Communication skills (TOEIC Score at least 600 or equivalent)

- Good interpersonal skills, excellent communicator, strong in organization and creating teamwork
