## Description

Join Ford Motor Company's Product Development team as a PVT Engineer at the Chicago Assembly Plant, contributing to advancements in autonomy, electrification, and smart mobility technologies.

In this role, you will focus on the Explorer, Aviator, and Explorer Interceptor programs, ensuring high-quality vehicle hardware and resolving issues in real-time. Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering current model quality improvement projects to achieve warranty and cost objectives

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in design, manufacturing, and supplier issues

- Leading plant trials for quality, cost, and supplier improvements

- Supporting plant quality meetings, report-outs, and reviews

- Initiating and supporting Worldwide Engineering Release System (WERS) concerns and alerts
