We are seeking Associate(s) (m/f/d) to join our growing international team in the Leveraged Finance sector, based in Munich and Frankfurt.

In this role, you will advise debt funds, banks, and private equity investors throughout the lifecycle of mid-cap private equity transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing counsel on selecting the right financing structure and strategy

- Drafting and negotiating various contracts required for financing

- Collaborating with clients, international lawyers, debt advisors, and transaction management teams to ensure successful deal closure

Ideally, you have:

- Two excellent German state exams

- Very good English language skills

- Excellent communication skills and business acumen

- Team-oriented mindset

- Desirable: international experience, PhD, or LL.M. degree from an English-speaking country
