## Description

You will engage healthcare professionals across Warangal to build trusted relationships, share clear science-based information, and support better patient care.

You will design and deliver a local territory plan using customer insight to prioritise activity.

You will work closely with colleagues across functions to solve local challenges and improve access.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and local healthcare partners.

- Create and execute a territory business plan informed by customer insight and local needs.

- Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.

- Record activities, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.

- Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.

- Continuously learn about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance.

Basic Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.

- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, territory management or medical representative experience.

- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages commonly used in Warangal.

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Right to work in India.

Preferred Qualification:

- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical field sales.

- Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals.

- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.

- Ability to use customer insight and simple data to guide activity and prioritise work.

- Fluency in Telugu or other regional languages used in and around Warangal.

- High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility.
