## Description

FWD Group, a leading pan-Asian life and health insurance business, is seeking an Investment Governance Specialist to support the Head of Investment Governance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, maintaining, and enhancing the investment governance framework.

Responsibilities:

- Support the Head of Investment Governance in developing and implementing the investment governance framework, including governance standards, operating procedures, and escalation protocols.

- Conduct pre-trade and post-trade governance checks, monitor limits, identify breaches, and report to ensure investment activities comply with approved mandates, policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain and update investment-related documentation, such as investment policies, procedures, and governance papers.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including investment teams, risk management, and compliance, to embed governance standards into day-to-day investment activities.

- Prepare and disseminate internal and external reports, including governance dashboards and regulatory submissions.

The Person:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline; CFA, FRM, CPA, or legal/compliance-related qualification is preferred.

- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in investment governance, investment operations, risk management, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of investment governance frameworks, investment mandates, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
