Microsoft AI are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer at their Redmond office. This role sits at the heart of strategic decision-making, turning market data into actionable insights for a company that's revolutionising the AI industry. You'll work directly with leadership to shape the company's direction in the AI market.

## About the Role

We are a team of engineers and scientist that is tasked to build the platform for bing.ads and provide ads service to global partners. To do that, we are looking for a driven and highly collaborative Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The role provides an exciting opportunity to shape the future bing.ads platform and final customer facing product.

## Accountabilities

- Proficient problem solving and coding ability.

- Self-driven ability to collaborate with various partner to deliver complex features.

- Work on high QPS low latency online platform for ads engine.

- Processing logs to analyze the performance and improvement.

## The Candidate we're looking for

**Experience:**

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java.

**Technical skills:**

- Proficient in C++ programming.

- Experience with high QPS system design and implementation.
