The Senior Manager, Product Management - Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (CORE) role involves demonstrating proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

- Obsess about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions

- Deliver game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence

- Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near-term and long-term value

- Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks

- Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organisational alignment

The basic qualifications for this role include:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field, Business, or Marketing

- OR a Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience

The preferred qualifications for this role include:

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

- Demonstrated ability to rapidly onboard into new technical domains and establish technical credibility with senior engineering stakeholders

- Experience with cross-system API architecture or complex compute portfolio management at scale

In terms of salary, the minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:

- McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100

- New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900

- Plano, TX: $182,500 - $208,300

- Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
