## Description

Accor is a world-leading hotel group with 38 brands and 5,000 hotels in its portfolio. The Maintenance Assistant role supports the maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities, ensuring customer safety and well-being.

**Main Responsibilities:**

- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks based on checklists for refrigeration machines, air conditioning, telephone equipment, and more

- Execute daily preventive maintenance plans

- Replace light bulbs, ballasts, plugs, and other items

- Inspect parking areas and garages, making necessary repairs

- Complete area tasks, following autocontrol processes

- Request and supervise technical visits and maintenance by third parties

- Organize documents, reports, and opinions on subcontracted maintenance

- Check the functioning of pumps, ensuring 24/7 water supply

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment

- Clean and maintain technical areas

- Follow guidelines on selective collection, environmental impact, and recycling

- Meet area goals and participate in mandatory training

- Collaborate with other areas to ensure operational continuity
