## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Wolstanton Retail Park as a Customer Assistant for the Christmas period. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple orders and customers while maintaining high standards of service and food safety. Your tasks will include:

- Providing excellent customer service in a busy café environment

- Taking and fulfilling orders efficiently using our digital tools

- Maintaining high food safety standards and managing queues effectively

- Working flexibly to support colleagues and meet customer needs

- Making great food and drink recommendations to customers

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be a brand ambassador for M&S, representing our values and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
