## Description

As a Senior Specialist, HR Business Partner at Ford, you will work with autonomy to provide consultative and strategic support to corporate projects with high impact. You will lead onboarding processes in synergy with the HR Excellence Centres, ensuring compliance with internal processes, promoting employee experience, and facilitating organisational transformations.

Your responsibilities will include partnering with directors and business managers in South America to support strategic decision-making related to business strategy, financial performance, and resource optimisation. You will also capacitate and strengthen leadership in the 'Build the Best Team' pillar, providing tools and continuous advice on team engagement, retention, and performance management.

In addition, you will develop and present business cases to justify structural changes, investments in human capital, and new hires. You will act as an internal consultant and facilitator in change management, organisational development, and workforce planning processes.

You will facilitate talent review and succession planning, identifying high-potential talents and ensuring a robust leadership pipeline. You will manage the complete cycle of performance management, promoting a culture of continuous feedback, high performance, and development of critical competencies.

You will support mentoring programs and other development initiatives, connecting talents with experienced leaders to accelerate knowledge transfer.

You will lead onboarding and offboarding strategies, mitigate turnover, and design and facilitate team-building interventions focused on team cohesion, purpose alignment, and psychological safety.

You will ensure that all HR activities are in total compliance with organisational policies, legal requirements, and labour laws. You will collaborate closely with the Employee Relations team and department managers to resolve conflicts and work relationships.

You will coordinate remuneration processes in partnership with the Compensation Team, ensuring alignment with reward policies and budget.

You will manage global contacts and stakeholders, ensuring total synergy between local HR strategies and global directives.

You will lead data-driven decision-making using data analytics and prepare predictive people indicators. You will accelerate the use of artificial intelligence in HR processes, implementing agents and intelligent assistants for automation of operational tasks and precision gain.

You will apply project management methodologies (Agile, Design Thinking, Problem Solving) to design innovative solutions addressing complex HR challenges.

You will apply a lean mindset with focus on Gemba and waste elimination to optimise internal processes and structure standard operating procedures.

## Skills

### Required
- Bacharelado em Psicologia, Administração de Empresas, Recursos Humanos ou qualquer outra área correlata
- Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência profissional
- Inglês Avançado (mandatório)
- Espanhol (será um diferencial)
