## Description

Hilltop Medical Practice is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP (4 sessions per week) to join our progressive, patient-centred team in Brent.

The role is funded through the NHS GP Reimbursement Scheme and offers the opportunity to work with a vibrant and culturally diverse patient population.

You will provide comprehensive primary care services to registered patients through a combination of face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations.

Responsibilities:

- Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and long-term conditions

- Support patients to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing

- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, social prescribers, care coordinators, and administrative colleagues

- Review clinical correspondence, laboratory results, and maintain accurate clinical records using EMIS Web

- Contribute to safeguarding responsibilities, clinical governance activities, quality improvement projects, and service development initiatives

Requirements:

- GMC registered medical practitioner

- Inclusion on the NHS performers list

- MRCGP or equivalent

- Evidence of ongoing CPD

- Experience in UK general practice

- Experience working independently and managing complex caseloads

- Excellent clinical decision making

- Strong communication and patient engagement skills

- Ability to manage risk safely in a primary care setting

- Competent with clinical IT systems (EMIS or willingness to learn)
