We're seeking a Legal Profile-Expert Liability to join our Legal & Liability loss adjusting team. As a key member of our team, you will manage claims with an international profile, prepare and present case workplans to clients, and write loss adjustment reports.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage claims, mainly with an international profile (foreign client, claimant or loss location)

- Prepare and present case workplans to clients and follow up with them

- Write loss adjustment reports, both independently and in collaboration with in-house or external technical experts

- Assess and validate loss quantum (material damage, business interruption, bodily injury)

- Negotiate with involved parties up to case settlement

- Interact with external lawyers/counsel

**Your competencies:**

- A degree in Law, with an interest in foreign jurisdictions

- Sound knowledge of insurance claims management (Liability, Marine, Property, Recoveries)

- Over 3 years of relevant experience with a loss adjuster, broker or insurance company

- Report-writing experience and good communication skills

- An interest in developing a career as an insurance loss adjuster (including claims assessment and calculations)

- An interest in international and cross-border claims

- Sound level of English (min. B2)
