## Description

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to join our UK Direct Procurement team. As a Procurement Manager, you will lead sourcing strategies for some of our largest spend areas, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify suitable subconsultancy supply chains and support the business in delivering excellence for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering measurable value through category management, experience supporting bid submissions, and a collaborative leadership style.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and managing a robust pipeline of procurement activity

- Leading the design, development, and delivery of category strategies

- Building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure Procurement is engaged early and strategically

- Promoting safe, sustainable, and responsible supply-chain practices

- Providing timely and accurate forecasts of expected savings

The ideal candidate will have:

- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) or equivalent

- Direct procurement experience within the engineering or professional services sector

- Substantial procurement experience with a strong track record of delivering measurable value

- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills
