## Description

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex, multi-year programs within our financial services organisation.

You will have 10+ years of program management experience, with a proven track record of driving innovation and working with cross-functional agile teams. Your responsibilities will include:

- Probing for understanding of risks and issues to ensure transparency and support achievement of business objectives

- Forming actionable plans using excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Challenging the status quo to drive significant change as a creative and innovative thinker

- Influencing without direct authority, and negotiating and collaborating effectively

- Presenting complex ideas clearly, and managing the complexities of executing significant change

- Providing updates to all levels, including senior management

- Demonstrating strong financial acumen, and understanding key metrics and their relation to business drivers
