## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Lead (Software Quality) to join their Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) team. The successful candidate will help develop a multi-year AI strategy supporting product goals and needs, evaluate future technologies, and partner with QA and development teams to define requirements and implement solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and identify AI solutions aligned with the quality mission

- Conduct and organize tech evaluations, measuring reliability, accuracy, and legal risk

- Prepare cost-benefit and comparison reports to inform tooling investment

- Provide regular reporting on AI/ML efforts, focusing on cost vs reward

- Gather use cases and translate them into engineering requirements

- Create documentation and training for new tools

- Measure AI/technology investment success using usage data and feedback

- Champion AI and automation technologies, promoting return on investment and sharing successes

- Architect systems for AI-driven data, surfacing balance issues, design flaws, and exploits

Qualifications:

- 5+ years experience leading technology adoption in multinational organizations

- Knowledge of AI prompting and optimizing response quality

- Hands-on LLM experience and awareness of ideal use cases

- Convert data/results into applicable business insights

- Deliver technical concepts to non-technical audiences
