## Description

The Senior Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for developing, improving, and supporting manufacturing processes to deliver safe, efficient, and consistent polymer production at the Redcar site.

Using data-driven analysis and Lean Manufacturing principles, the Senior Continuous Improvement Manager collaborates with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve process performance, reduce downtime, and maintain product quality.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and optimisation of manufacturing processes, using data and analytics to monitor process and equipment performance, applying Lean Manufacturing principles, collaborating with engineering, production, and quality teams, creating and maintaining clear process documentation, and ensuring manufacturing processes comply with safety, quality, environmental and regulatory standards.

Essential requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, proven substantial experience in a Polymer/chemical processing industry, management of process and lean improvement projects, 6 sigma black belt/or similar statistical analysis qualification, high degree of numeracy, and ability to understand complex numerical data.
