## Description

The Creativity & Productivity (C&P) Finance team at Adobe is seeking a Senior Financial Manager to lead the ARR Consolidation function, reporting to the Director of FP&A. This role is responsible for driving financial clarity, operating rigor, and decision velocity across ARR planning and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a high-performing ARR Consolidation team

- Own end-to-end ARR forecasting, planning, and reporting

- Drive the Weekly Executive Team update, Quarterly Rolling Forecast (QRF), Quarterly Business Review (QBR), Quarterly Financial Review (QFR), and Annual Planning cycles

- Build and scale processes, tools, and automation for ARR reporting

- Serve as a key cross-functional partner across Route-to-Market, Geography, and Product Groups

- Deliver executive-ready insights and materials for senior leadership, Board, and investor-related requests

- Uphold strong financial guardianship

Requirements:

- 8+ years of FP&A experience with SaaS/topline exposure (ARR, subscription metrics)

- 3+ years of people management experience

- Proven track record building and developing high-performing teams

- Extensive hands-on experience with planning tools (TM1, Hyperion) and business intelligence tools (Power BI or similar)

- Strong business partnership skills

- Comfortable operating in ambiguity

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills

The expected pay range for this position is $131,700 - $256,500 annually.
