## Description

Join 3M's Consumer Business Group in the Americas region as a Supplier Performance Management Support professional. You'll play a key role in monitoring and improving supplier performance.

**Job Overview** You'll support supplier performance management activities, including monitoring metrics, identifying trends and risks, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Monitor supplier performance metrics and help identify areas for improvement

- Support supplier performance reviews, issue resolution, and follow-up actions

- Partner with 3M's supply chain, procurement, planning, manufacturing, and quality teams to address supplier-related performance concerns

- Assist in preparing supplier scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports

- Track supplier issues, escalations, and corrective action progress to ensure supply continuity

**Process Improvement and Execution**

- Support the execution of supplier performance improvement initiatives

- Help implement standardized supplier performance management and measurement processes

- Maintain supplier risk and performance data to inform decision-making

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supplier performance actions with business priorities

- Participate in root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, and continuous improvement activities

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline

- 5-7 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, supply chain, manufacturing operations, quality, or a related field

**Nice to Have**

- Experience working with suppliers in raw materials procurement, packing materials procurement, outsourced manufacturing, or manufacturing-based industries

- Exposure to manufacturing processes such as coating, molding, assembly, conversion, mixing, filling, or packaging operations

- Understanding of supplier performance metrics, scorecards, corrective action processes, and continuous improvement methods

- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams across different time zones
