In this role, you will report to the Financial Reporting Lead and provide accurate financial statements of the company, ensuring they comply with various GAAPs and regulations.

**Job Description:**

- Involve in the business plan process, including preparation and analysis of IFRS results, and coordinate submissions to the regional office on a timely basis. Participate in the IFRS forecast process regularly.

- Contribute to the SCB phase 3 project, primarily for RBC.

- Engage in the RBC II Project.

- Prepare annual reports, reviewing accounting policies and compiling financial numbers, ensuring reports are timely and accurate.

- Assist in managing and executing ad-hoc changes in regulatory requirements or current processes.

- Provide guidance and support to new colleagues as needed.

**Who we are looking for:**

**Competencies & Personal Traits:**

- Sound technical financial knowledge

- Good understanding of accounting standards and requirements

- Familiarity with the insurance industry

- Detail-oriented and meticulous

- Strong analytical skills

**Working Experience:**

- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial accounting

**Professional Qualifications:**

- ACCA

**Education:**

- Degree in Finance
