## Description

As a Senior Analyst - Credit Products at Tide, you'll work closely with the credit product teams to shape credit product and risk decision making. This role requires a high degree of independence and hands-on experience in proactively taking initiative to uncover insights from data.

Key responsibilities include:

- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Derive meaningful insights from complex data sets, focusing on lending product performance, trends, and actionable recommendations.

- Credit Risk Management: Monitor and optimise KPIs related to credit risk, developing strategies to mitigate risk while supporting business growth.

- Collaboration with Credit Product Teams: Inform and guide the development of new credit products using data-driven insights.

- Reporting & Communication: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

- Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience working as a credit-focused analyst or data scientist at a fintech or bank.

- Expert SQL proficiency and ability to navigate complex data warehouse relationships.

- Self-starter who takes initiative and operates with a high degree of independence.

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
