## Description

As a System Interaction Engineer at HP, you will partner with R&D, NPI, and Manufacturing teams to deliver on program deliverables. Your responsibilities include system interaction testing and development to meet or exceed customer experience, working with the Brand Authentication team to deliver on security solutions, and collaborating with the Supplies Quality team to improve product quality.

Key responsibilities:

- Partner with R&D, NPI, and Manufacturing teams to deliver on program deliverables

- Develop and test system interactions to meet or exceed customer experience

- Work with the Brand Authentication team to deliver on security solutions

- Collaborate with the Supplies Quality team to improve product quality

- Deliver on post-MR metrics of NPI before transitioning responsibility to Supplies Manufacturing team

- Drive continuous improvement of system interaction test methodology

- Leverage AI, automation, data analytics, and repeatable test frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

- Typically 2-4 years of experience

- 2-year contract with renewable/conversion opportunity

Desired skills:

- Understanding of Thermal Inkjet technology and Product Development Process/Technology Development process

- Strong technical engineering leadership and capabilities

- Effective leadership on planning, execution, and issue resolution

- Ability to apply AI, automation, scripting, or data-driven approaches to streamline test methodology

- Quick learner with strong analytical skills

- Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills
