## Description

You will oversee electrical contractors and crews building electrical infrastructure for xAI's Memphis Data Center, including underground duct banks, high-voltage and medium-voltage systems, power distribution, grounding, lighting, and process power for mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate electrical installations

- Manage and schedule electrical contractors, subcontractors, and on-site crews

- Ensure contractors adhere to electrical scope and quality standards

- Monitor daily progress and maintain detailed logs

- Develop and enforce construction schedules

- Champion and enforce xAI's safety program

- Supervise foremen and electrical crews

- Resolve on-site challenges

- Conduct regular site inspections

- Prepare and present progress reports

Basic Qualifications:

- 3+ years managing electrical construction teams

- 3+ years of direct hands-on experience in electrical installations

- High school diploma or equivalency certificate

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Postsecondary diploma or degree in construction management or related field

- Experience with construction management software

- Familiarity with Memphis-area building codes and electrical regulations

- Strong understanding of data center electrical specifications
