## Description

We are looking for a result-driven and motivated Senior Sales Associate to join our fast-growing APAC business based in Hong Kong. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team of talented revenue professionals committed to delivering disruptive research insights to leading equity investors.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospect identification to discovery to negotiation and deal closure

- Identify high-probability prospect accounts and key personnel within these accounts to target

- Run a strong outreach cadence to generate interest and opportunities

- Manage multiple opportunities concurrently while ensuring pipeline coverage remains strong

- Close deals to hit revenue targets

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of sales experience

- Professional fluency in Chinese and English

- Experience with the MEDDICC sales process

- Ability to thrive in a high-functioning environment with operational excellence

- Can-do attitude with a figure-it-out approach

- Fearlessness in attempting new problem-solving approaches

- Ownership of tasks and commitment to making things happen

- Positive attitude in negative or unfamiliar situations

- Supportive of team members in adversity
