## Description

Ajax Systems is seeking a Leading Inspector for HR Documentation Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining impeccable HR records and building modern HR processes. You will play a crucial role in the large-scale transition to SAP, testing new features, automation, and digitalization of HR processes, and influencing their development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Administration of personnel records according to Ukrainian labor laws (hiring, transfer, dismissal procedures).

- Documenting employee absences (orders for all types of leaves, acts of absence from work, etc.).

- Documenting employee business trips.

- Documenting orders for bonuses, financial assistance, and other payments.

- Maintaining personnel schedules, making changes to the enterprise structure.

- Participating in audits.

- Supporting HR processes in the ERP system.

- Automating personnel records, participating in the transition to SAP.

- Developing Regulations, local regulatory documents, and more.

- Consulting employees on HR issues.

**Requirements:**

- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in companies with 300+ employees.

- Strong knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation and practical experience in its application.

- Experience working with HR systems (BAS, SAP, M.E.Doc, etc.).

- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

**Nice to Have:**

- English language proficiency at B1-B2 level.

- Experience working with SAP.

- Experience in automating HR processes.

- Experience in preparing for audits.
