**Take Ownership** As CEO, Mexico, you'll play a critical role in winning the Mexican market by building a bank that people love to use.

- Country Success: You have full ownership of bunq's success in Mexico.

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute a local commercial strategy to hit user growth and revenue targets.

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate with and manage stakeholders including Marketing, Product, and external partners.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure proper governance, compliance, and oversight as a Senior Management Function (SMF).

- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve ambitious goals.

**Requirements**

- Excellent understanding of local users in Mexico, their needs, and how to communicate with them about their financial lives.

- Good understanding of the competition for banking and financial services in the local market.

- Ability to define and execute a local commercial strategy, delivering on budget, user, and revenue targets.

- Experience communicating with and managing stakeholders to drive commercial success.

- Experience working with financial regulators, representing the business, and ensuring local growth aligns with governance and compliance expectations.

- Ability to perform a Senior Management Function (SMF).

- Fluency in English for effective communication in a global team.
