## Description

Join our team as a Customer Assistant at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Nairn, Highland. As a Customer Assistant, you will be putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service.

**Job Details:**

- Part-time, permanent role, 16 hours per week

- Availability window: Wednesday to Saturday, 14:00-20:00

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide excellent customer service, making customers feel valued and helped

- Assist with various tasks such as filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers, and selling products

- Use digital tools to enhance customer experience and do your job well

- Help organise and move stock, maintaining a tidy and clean store environment

- Build your knowledge of products, services, and promotions to make helpful recommendations
