## Description

NS&I is seeking a Head of Supplier Collaboration to lead and facilitate the collaborative achievement of its core business objectives. The successful candidate will enable suppliers to work together efficiently within NS&I's multi-supplier outsourced model, ensuring ongoing alignment with the organisation's strategic goals.

The role involves:

- Acting as the Collaboration Manager under contractual agreements with outsourced service partners

- Leading and embedding collaborative practices across NS&I and strategic supplier partner organisations

- Fostering and facilitating a collaborative delivery approach across the multi-supplier environment

- Creating a collaborative culture focused on quality, resilience, continuous improvement, and innovation

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with contracts and multi-supplier environments, technology delivery and business transformation within complex projects or programmes, and understanding of agile development and delivery in programme contexts.

The salary for this role is £70,900 - £82,000 per year.
