## Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ward Manager to join our team at Potters Bar Clinic. As a Ward Manager, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team to provide high-quality care and support to young people and adults with acute mental health needs.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the nursing team

- Lead and manage the ward, promoting a positive culture and high standards of care

- Empower recovery and deliver supervision to staff across the ward

- Manage the ward budgets and work alongside the senior Nurse to manage the on-call service

- Lead by example, acting as a role model to all members of the nursing team

**Requirements:**

- A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration

- Positive attitude and naturally caring and compassionate

- Commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice

- Relevant experience in a similar environment

- Proven track record of leadership skills
