We're seeking a motivated and knowledgeable person in Health Products with strong sales experience to join our team to support our agents in selling our expanded health and critical illness insurance product lines.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

- Providing in-depth product training and education to our agents to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell and service our health and critical illness insurance products

- Assisting agents with complex policy inquiries, coverage explanations, and claims support for our health and critical illness products

- Analyzing product performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements or agent training improvements

- Collaborating with the marketing and underwriting teams to develop sales materials, policy specimens, and other resources to support agent success

- Staying up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and competitor offerings in the health and critical illness insurance space

- Performing other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.

**Minimum Job Requirements:**

- Degree holder with at least 7 years of experience in insurance and financial services with relevant experience in Health & Wellness

- Sharp business mind and strong analytical skills to study competitors' information and user feedback to drive sales

- Good communication skills to translate consumers' wants and needs into designs

- Quick learner and able to work independently with little supervision

- Good interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills

- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong analytical skills.
