## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Acorn Park in Crawley, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Due to operational requirements, you may be required to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.

**Hours of Work:**

- Sunday: 16:30-20:30

- Tuesday: 18:00-22:00

- Friday: 18:00-22:00

**Additional Requirements:**

- Digital confidence, with ability to utilise in-store devices and Sparks

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a pressurised environment, maintaining composure and focus

- Flexibility and adaptability, with willingness to work varied shifts
