Join our team in the M&S Café at Dundee Gallagher Retail Park as a Christmas Customer Assistant. This hands-on role involves handling pace, staying calm under pressure, and delivering warm, five-star service.

**Work Pattern:**

- Sunday: 12:00-17:00

- Friday: 12:00-18:00

- Saturday: 12:00-18:00

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide great food and drink recommendations as a brand ambassador.

- Ensure the café operates smoothly, especially during busy periods.

- Use digital tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently.

- Maintain high food safety standards.

- Deliver quality service under pressure.

- Support colleagues and contribute to a high-performance culture.

- Adapt quickly and work flexibly where needed.

**Additional Information:** Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
