## Description

We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to support the execution of globally initiated compliance projects. As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements and global group standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting compliance risk assessments and completing compliance questionnaires

- Preparing quarterly compliance testing and monitoring reports, and tracking the rectification of identified compliance risks

- Maintaining and regularly updating internal policies and procedures

- Assisting with general corporate governance matters, including organizing and maintaining board and corporate registration documents

- Reviewing commercial agreements and other legal documents

- Providing professional legal and compliance advice on data privacy, contractual rights, and dispute prevention

- Organizing ad-hoc compliance training activities and promoting compliance awareness across the organization

- Serving as the primary coordinator and liaison between global functions and local business partners

This is a 6-month contract position, working remotely with a hybrid schedule.
