We are seeking a Seasonal Beauty Expert to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty's Ankara Panora store in Türkiye.

As a Retail Artist, you will be the heart of our store, responsible for empowering customers to be their most beautiful version of themselves. You will combine expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections.

Responsibilities:

- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs

- Build solid relationships with team members and management

- Champion the art of world-class artistry and customer experience

- Adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities

- Follow company grooming standards

Requirements:

- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment

- Aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the industry

- Experience in applying makeup and adapting style to different customers
