## Job Description

As a Senior Manufacturing Product Engineer, you will own the manufacturing performance behind advanced AI compute systems in volume production. You will connect product design, test, quality and supply chain with manufacturing execution.

You will support volume production across PCB assembly with build partners in Taiwan, improving yield, quality and manufacturability across complex products. You will link manufacturing process performance to key product metrics, manage partner engineering relationships, resolve manufacturing issues and drive continuous improvement.

You will also shape Design for Manufacturability (DfM) feedback, production data requirements and next-generation manufacturing technologies. This role requires practical manufacturing judgement combined with strong data thinking.

## Responsibilities

- Strong fault diagnosis, problem-solving and failure analysis skills, including ICT to SMT debug

- Thorough understanding of automated SMT assembly processes and lean manufacturing methodologies

- Working knowledge of L10 mechanical design and system build, ideally for HPC products

- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as JMP, SQL, Python

- Ability to connect silicon, package and PCB interactions into clear DfM feedback

- Experience using Six Sigma continuous improvement methods, including SPC and DOE

- Fluent in Mandarin and strong English communication skills for cross-functional, cross-regional and supplier-facing work
