## Description

Join Red Bull España, S.L. as a Category Manager Retail & Insights Manager (Interim) in Madrid.

You will lead shopper and commercial insights for off-premise, analysing market, shopper, and customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading shopper and commercial insights for off-premise

- Defining and executing category management and trade marketing agendas for discounters and cash & carry

- Providing sales and field sales teams with relevant category insights, tools, and selling stories

- Managing and leveraging market information, shopper research, and relevant data sources

- Supporting the trade marketing manager and off-premise team in business planning

Requirements:

- +3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably within category management, shopper/commercial insights, trade marketing, or sales

- Strong understanding of FMCG markets, sales, distribution, shopper behaviour, and category management

- Strong analytical skills and ability to transform complex datasets into clear business recommendations

- Experience working with market and shopper information sources such as NielsenIQ, Circana/IRI, household panels, loyalty data, or shopper research

- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to connect data and insights with customer and channel opportunities

- Experience developing customer-facing category presentations, selling stories, or commercial recommendations

- Ability to influence and build strong relationships across sales, trade marketing, field, and international teams

- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex information for different audiences

- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset

- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization or analytics tools is highly valued

- English and Spanish mandatory

- Travel 20%
