## Description

We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our team in London. As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for ideating, planning, building, launching, and growing financial services products.

**Ideate** You will own the roadmap, identify next highest priority problems to solve, and influence the company towards a strategic direction based on your knowledge and expertise. You will validate the roadmap with customers and take output from junior product team members' research to advance the planning.

**Plan** You will represent the product vision and voice of the customer in planning sessions with Design and Architecture/Engineering. You will be knowledgeable enough to challenge the approach and ensure the best approach is being pursued.

**Build** You will be involved in key milestones, major stakeholder in sprint reviews, and weekly demos.

**Launch** You will lead customer-facing Early Adopter conversations and develop a strategic launch plan with a cross-functional team.

**Grow** You will help junior product team members interpret success metrics and work with customer awareness.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field with 8+ years of related experience

- Experience in presenting to multiple layers of a company, including executives

- Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies

- Experience being involved in the sales cycle and conducting customer interviews

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

- Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment

- Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements

- Experience with loan origination software/technology and commercial onboarding, CLM, or KYB/KYC compliance technology

- Familiarity with EMEA regulatory landscape (UK MLR, AMLR 2027)

**Nice to Have**

- Advanced knowledge of Agile principles

- Advanced knowledge of the commercial, small business banking, treasury, consumer space in relation to both processes and regulations
