## Description

Capital One Brand team is looking for an experienced social content creator with a background in graphic design or art direction to bring brand storytelling to life across different audiences, products, channels and types of communication.

As a Senior Associate, Social Content Designer, you will conceptualize, design, shoot and edit short-form video content for Enterprise social handles, primarily TikTok and Meta platforms. You will brainstorm big concepts and tackle detail-oriented projects, develop and present custom concepts inspired by current trends and storytelling tactics, and step in as on-camera talent when needed.

You will collaborate with art directors, writers, creative directors, brand and marketing strategists, and members of production to explore social campaign opportunities, extensions, and produce them. You will also work with internal marketing and line-of-business partners.

The ideal candidate is an evidence-based marketer with a curiosity for learning, flexibility, and a passion for storytelling. You should have at least 3 years of designing for social media channels, 2 years of experience concepting, shooting video, editing for social media campaigns, and 2 years of experience with Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.

This role is designated as a hybrid position, requiring adherence to Capital One's hybrid policy regarding required on-site presence at your designated office location.

The salary range for this role is $96,500 - $110,100 per year, depending on location.
