## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Wolstanton Retail Park as a Customer Assistant for the Christmas period. You'll be a brand ambassador, providing warm, five-star service while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during busy periods.

Your tasks will include:

- Being digitally confident to take and fulfil orders quickly using our tools

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards while managing orders and queues

- Delivering quality under pressure with a focus on five-star service

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to work where needed with pace

The role involves working part-time hours, including Sundays and Saturdays, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December due to operational requirements.
