## Description

We are seeking a Clinic Director / Physical Therapist to join our team at our Woodstock location. As a Clinic Director / Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for leading our clinical team and providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the clinical team in providing patient care and developing treatment plans

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

- Recruit, train, and develop staff members

- Manage clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree

- Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Illinois

- Experience in a leadership role in a physical therapy setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- BLS certification

- Experience with electronic medical records
