## Description

We are seeking a Food Service Worker to join our team at Intermountain Health Primary Childrens Hospital. As a Food Service Worker, you will perform a variety of food and guest service duties under general supervision.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver and present trays to patients using the standard process

- Prepare food according to system standards, including assembling ingredients and preparing salads, sandwiches, vegetables, and fruit

- Follow standardised practices relating to Nutrition Services, including meal delivery and maintaining required stock levels

- Perform housekeeping functions, including cleaning and sanitising surfaces, floor care, and equipment maintenance

- Process cash and credit transactions accurately and resolve basic customer service issues

**Requirements:**

- Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification is required by first day of work

- Ability to work with modified diets is preferred

- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service is preferred

**Schedule:**

- Part-time, 24 hours a week

- Variable shifts assigned between 5am and 10:30pm

**Pay Rate:**

- $17.68 - $22.99 per hour, based on experience
