## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Kernersville Sports Complex - Outpatient Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in carrying out physical therapy programs as planned and directed by the physical therapist in clinical and research applications.

**Responsibilities:**

- Train patients in exercises, ambulation, and activities of daily living

- Collect clinical assessment scores, radiographic scores and assessments, and health-related quality of life information

- Perform a wide range of tests and evaluations in a clinical or research setting

- Maintain supplies and equipment

- Assist with research protocol and treatment development; ensure quality control of data

- Participate in staff meetings, forums, committees, and in-service training activities

**Requirements:**

- Successful completion of a two-year college program for Physical Therapy Assistants approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)

- Current license in the state where you will practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant

- CPR certification every two years

**Schedule:**

- First shift outpatient ortho/sports position, Monday through Friday with half-day Saturday shift rotations (6 Saturdays per year)

**Compensation and Benefits:**

- Pay range: $25.30 - $37.95 per hour
