## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

You'll be working early mornings, Sundays to Fridays, 05:00-09:00, with a £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

Responsibilities:

- Provide style advice and excellent customer service

- Operate in a high-demand environment, utilizing digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, balancing speed and accuracy

- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and adapting to changing demands

Requirements:

- Passionate about fashion and delivering excellent customer service

- Digitally confident, with ability to utilize digital tools

- Resilient and confident, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands
