## Description

Freedom Fertility Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services, part of The Cigna Group, is seeking Pharmacy Processing Technicians to join their team.

As a Pharmacy Processing Technician with Freedom Fertility, you will assist patients in receiving necessary medications to help them achieve their family-building goals.

**Work Schedule:**

- Monday to Friday with a rotating schedule

- 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST, 3 days a week

- 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM EST, 2 days a week

- Rotating Saturday shift, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, once a month

- After training, you will work from home 2 days a week, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST

**Responsibilities:**

- Support pharmacological services by processing medications, liaising with insurance companies, and communicating with patients as needed

- Maintain accurate records by recording and filing prescriptions and orders

- Respond to facility managers' and co-workers' requests, answer questions, and refer inquiries to Pharmacists

- Comply with rules, regulations, and procedures to maintain a clean and safe pharmacy

- Undertake administrative tasks such as record-keeping as assigned

- Handle patient calls as needed

**Requirements:**

- High School Diploma or GED

- 1+ year of Pharmacy Technician experience

- Valid MA Pharmacy technician license required

- Microsoft Office proficiency and data entry skills

- Basic math skills

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $18 - $27, depending on experience and geographic location. This role is also expected to be eligible for an annual bonus plan.
