## Description

Anthropic is seeking an experienced Program Manager for Commercial Operations. This role transforms commercial infrastructure into a revenue accelerator, building and executing operational leverage to enable Anthropic to scale.

## Responsibilities

- Manage and enhance processes supporting rapid product growth.

- Run launches end-to-end through the Commercial launch process.

- Identify and resolve launch bottlenecks.

- Develop launch tiering, readiness criteria, playbooks, templates, SLAs, and training.

- Improve program instrumentation and workflow tooling.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams.

## Requirements

- Experience building and running new product introduction processes.

- 10+ years of operations experience, preferably in billing, payments, or commercial operations.

- Strong working knowledge of billing systems, subscription management, and payments platforms.

- Proven track record of building and scaling operational programs.

- Analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and ability to demonstrate ROI.

- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced environments.

- Annual Salary: $190,000 - $190,000 USD

- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

- Required field of study: Relevant to the role.

- Location-based hybrid policy: 25% office time.
