## Description

We are seeking a Chef de Partie to enhance the culinary experience offered to our members through an international menu and Executive Chef specialities. You will play a key role in customer satisfaction, aiming to build client loyalty and ensure the gastronomic prestige of our establishment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Sous-Chef

- Ensure supply and correct stock management

- Daily preparation of ingredient mise en place

- Be proactive and participate in menu development with the Executive Chef and Sous-Chef

- Master cooking times and recipes for optimal work

- Know and comply with food hygiene and safety regulations

- Cooperate with front-of-house teams

- Supervise kitchen assistants and demonstrate teamwork spirit

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role

- Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, products, and equipment

- Passion for gastronomy

- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team

- Catering or hospitality school qualification (desirable)
