## Description

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking an Affiliate Contractor - Senior Project Associate (Reintegration) to support the smooth implementation of IOM reintegration assistance activities in the designated area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading field implementation and monitoring activities of Community-Based Reintegration (CBR) projects, providing technical support to individual and CBR implementing partners, and supporting the delivery of individual reintegration assistance to beneficiaries.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading field implementation and monitoring activities of CBR projects

- Providing technical support to individual and CBR implementing partners

- Supporting the delivery of individual reintegration assistance to beneficiaries

- Conducting assessments of local market dynamics to inform reintegration activities

- Supporting the implementation and coordination of EDF-related activities through the reintegration hub

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with six years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field with four years of relevant professional experience. Experience in working closely with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking, and other vulnerable groups is required.

Required skills include excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated organizational and planning skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure. Fluency in English and Amharic is required, and working knowledge of other Ethiopian languages is desirable.
